活动对象：

以15-35岁的亚洲青年为主，同时欢迎其他旅游摄影爱好人士。

征集内容：

以作者国籍为亚洲地区或者作品内容地属亚洲地区为主，同时欢迎其他爱好旅游和摄影的国际友好人士。作品围绕世界遗产以及特定的自然主题或人文主题进行创作，包括但不限于文化、旅游、自然、人物、生活、艺术等领域；内容健康向上，具有技术性、艺术性、创新性和创意性。

作品规格：

图片类：格式为jpg，每组图片1-8幅，每幅作品1M以上，分辨率72dpi以上；

视频类：格式为mp4、avi或mov，时长3-5分钟，分辨率1920*1080或以上。

投稿作品须为近三年（2021年1月1日后）内创作，以组为单位，每组图片可1-8幅，每组视频限1条3-5分钟，内容、排序作者自定，须填作品标题、作品简介、拍摄时间、拍摄地点。

┃ Key Points

Activity Target:

Mainly for Asian youth aged 15-35, but also welcome other travel photography enthusiasts.

Collection Content:

The author's nationality is in Asia or the content of the work is in Asia. At the same time, other international friendly people who love to travel and photography are welcome. Works are created around World Heritage sites and specific natural or human themes, including but not limited to culture, tourism, nature, people, life, art, etc. The content is healthy and upward, with technical, artistic, innovative and creative.

Work Specifications:

Image category: the format is jpg, 1-8 pictures per group, each work is not less than 1M, and resolution above 72dpi;

Video category: the format is mp4, avi or mov, 3-5 minutes long, resolution 1920*1080 or above.

Submissions must be created within the past three years (after January 1, 2021); based on groups, each group of pictures can be 1-8, each group of videos is limited to 1 3-5 minutes; the content and sorting are determined by the author, and the title of the work, the introduction of the work, the shooting time, and the shooting location must be filled in.

首届“青年亚洲”主题旅游摄影艺术交流活动回顾

Review of the "Youth Asia" Theme Tourism Photography Art Exchange Activity in 2022

为推动亚洲文化艺术交流，倡导亚洲青年各美其美、美美与共，由文化和旅游部国际交流与合作局主办、北京联合大学旅游学院承办、云南民族大学和北京第二外国语学院协办的“聚焦亚洲、青年视界”——首届“青年亚洲”主题旅游摄影艺术交流活动于2022年8月24日下午在北京望京万科时代中心顺利开幕，并于8月25日至28日进行为期4天的展览。此次活动以图片和视频为载体，全方位、多层次的展现了亚洲优美的自然风光和多样的人文风情，将摄影与旅游相结合，展现了亚洲各国的风采，呈现了亚洲青年开放包容、现代时尚、精致和谐、创新创优的亚洲文明精神，描绘了一幅幅亚洲各国风土人情的美丽画卷，为亚洲青年摄影爱好者打造了一个以“共同展示、交流、学习和联合创作”为内容的亚洲青年摄影艺术平台。据不完全统计，文旅中国、国际在线、中国网、中国新闻网、新华网、中国旅游报、北京青年报、人民资讯、闻旅等各大媒体共发布与活动有关的新闻稿件50余篇。“青年亚洲”主题旅游摄影艺术交流活动图片直播端口更新图片105张、浏览量350余次，吸引500余人来现场参观。

Sponsored by the Bureau of International Exchange and Cooperation of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China, undertaken by the Tourism College of Beijing Union University, co-organized by Yunnan Minzu University and Beijing International Studies University, the first "Youth Asia" themed tourism photography art exchange activity was successfully opened in the afternoon of August 24, 2022 at Beijing Vanke Times Center. The exhibition will be held for four days from August 25 to 28. Using pictures and videos as the carrier, the event presented the beautiful natural scenery and diverse cultural customs of Asia in an all-round and multi-level way. Combining photography and tourism, it showed the elegance of Asian countries, presented the Asian civilization spirit of openness and inclusiveness, modern fashion, delicacy and harmony, innovation and excellence of Asian youth, and painted a beautiful picture of the local customs and customs of Asian countries. According to incomplete statistics, more than 50 news articles related to the event were published by media outlets such as Culture＆Tourism of China, CRI Online, China.com.cn, Chinanews.com, XINHUANET.com, China Tourism News, Beijing Youth Daily, People's Information, wenlvpai.com, etc. "Youth Asia" theme tourism photography art exchange activity photo live port updated 105 pictures, page views more than 350 times, attracting more than 500 people to visit the site.

一、执行情况

1. Implementation Status

（一）征集阶段

(1) Solicitation stage

依托亚洲文旅纵横网（原亚洲旅游促进网），搭建了“青年亚洲”主题旅游摄影艺术交流活动官方网站（https://www.asiatpp.com/pg）用于新闻公告、作品征集、点赞互动。线上通过吉隆坡中国文化中心、老挝中国文化中心、仰光中国文化中心、曼谷中国文化中心、达卡孔院等渠道进行宣传征集，线下设计打印多款活动海报在北京、云南、辽宁、陕西、河南、成都等地张贴分发，最终，吸引用户3825位，经筛选作品共1504组，其中图片10070张、视频107段，累计收到境外作品318组，覆盖亚洲47个国家。

Based on the Asia Culture & Tourism Crisscross Website, the official website for the "Youth Asia" Theme Tourism Photography Art Exchange Activity has been established (https://www.asiatpp.com/pg) used for news announcements, work collection, and users interaction. Online promotion and solicitation were conducted through channels such as Kuala Lumpur China Cultural Center, Laos China Cultural Center, Yangon China Cultural Center, Bangkok China Cultural Center, and Dhaka Confucius Institute. Multiple activity posters were designed and printed offline to be posted and distributed in Beijing, Yunnan, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Henan, Chengdu, and other places. In the end, 3825 users were attracted. After screening, a total of 1504 groups of works were selected, including 10070 images and 107 videos, We have received a total of 318 sets of overseas works, covering 47 countries in Asia.

(2) Selection stage

对照图片组和视频组评选标准，组委会工作人员初选入围作品265组，其中图片1349张、视频31段。

According to the selection criteria for image and video groups, the organizing committee staff selected 265 shortlisted works, including 1349 images and 31 video segments.

2022年7月31日，张西龙、杨俊、杨振一、李渊博、李柏文等领导、专家以及工作人员自9点至21点用一整天时间完成获奖作品终审评选工作。

On July 31, 2022, leaders, experts, and staff including Zhang Xilong, Yang Jun, Yang Zhenyi, Li Yuanbo, and Li Bowen completed the final review and selection of award-winning works from 9 to 21 o'clock for a whole day.

经和作者联络沟通，最终顺利提交《投稿作品版权承诺书》，并积极参加“青年亚洲”主题旅游摄影艺术交流活动开幕、展览等各项工作的获奖人员合计82组。其中，外籍获奖人员19组，籍别覆盖菲律宾、孟加拉、印度、马来西亚、尼泊尔、印度尼西亚、泰国、韩国、日本等国。

After communicating with the author, a total of 82 award-winning individuals successfully submitted the "Copyright Commitment Letter for Submitted Works" and actively participated in the opening and exhibition of the "Youth Asia" Theme Tourism Photography Art Exchange Activity. Among them, there are 19 groups of foreign winners, covering countries such as the Philippines, Bangladesh, India, Malaysia, Nepal, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, and Japan.

8月24日下午，“青年亚洲”主题旅游摄影艺术交流活动开幕式在北京望京万科时代中心NEEDART艺术空间举办。文化和旅游部国际交流与合作局一级巡视员张西龙、北京联合大学旅游学院副院长李白、中国摄影家协会会员杨振一、中国传媒大学教授武定宇、中央美术学院教授李渊博等领导、专家，图片组一等奖《大地调色师》获得者付锐、视频组一等奖《印度旅游日记》获得者匡家瑶及其指导老师卢俊等优秀摄影视频创作者代表出席开幕式并发言，开幕式由北京联合大学教授曾博伟主持。文化和旅游部国际交流与合作局王新明处长、杨俊副处长、路雪主任，北京联合大学李柏文教授、图片组一等奖《山城与近江之美》获得者邢润泽先生，图片组二等奖《奥运之光》获得者王闯先生等30余人现场莅临开幕式。视频组特等奖《Vietnam Awaken Your Senses》获奖者Virat Garg先生、图片组特等奖《星河入梦》获奖者林宇超先生、图片组一等奖《Rural Bangladesh at a glance》获奖者Md Redoan Mehebub先生、图片组一等奖《年轻人的冒险》获奖者Jeni Anne G. 8月25日至28日，“青年亚洲”主题旅游摄影艺术交流活动作品展面向公众免费开放，期间北京市国际技术合作交流中心、重庆市住房和城乡建设委员会、北京市住房和城乡建设委员会、广西壮族自治区领导等参观团200余人前来参观，吸引望京小街附近的居民和游客300余人，既有只会写自己韩国名字的5岁小女孩、不愿拍照躲到签名球后面的害羞小男孩，也有来望京小街逛街、顺便过来静心看展的年轻大学生，还有学识渊博不吝对作品提出评价建议的专业人员、饭后过来休闲期待下次报名参加的中年夫妇。

From August 25th to 28th, the "Youth Asia" Theme Tourism Photography Art Exchange Activity Works Exhibition was open to the public for free. During the exhibition, more than 200 visiting groups including the Beijing International Technical Cooperation Exchange Center, Chongqing Housing and Urban Rural Development Commission, Beijing Housing and Urban Rural Development Commission, and leaders of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region visited, attracting more than 300 residents and tourists near Wangjing Street, There are not only 5-year-old girls who can only write their own Korean names, shy boys who don't want to take photos and hide behind signature balls, but also young college students who come to Wangjing Street to shop and watch exhibitions in peace of mind. There are also knowledgeable professionals who are willing to give feedback on their works, and middle-aged couples who come to relax after dinner and look forward to the next registration.

（一）紧跟总书记和国务院战略方针政策

亚洲各国山水相连、人文相亲，有着相似的历史境遇、相同的梦想追求。文化是亚洲青年情感相通、人文相亲的的根本，“文化互鉴、文明共享”是亚洲青少年共同学习交流的宗旨。活动展现了亚洲青年在旅游中所发现的美，用共同的兴趣爱好增进亚洲青年之间的友谊，培养“相知、相近、相亲”的青年一代，促进亚洲文化繁荣、旅游发展、世代友好和长久和平，合力构建亚洲命运共同体。

Culture is the fundamental foundation for emotional connection and cultural intimacy among Asian youth, and "cultural mutual learning and civilization sharing" is the purpose of shared learning and exchange among Asian youth. The activity showcases the beauty discovered by Asian youth in tourism, enhances friendship among Asian youth through shared interests and hobbies, cultivates a younger generation of "familiar, similar, and close", and promotes cultural prosperity, tourism development, generational friendship, and long-term peace in Asia.

我国周边外交的基本方针，就是坚持与邻为善、以邻为伴，坚持睦邻、安邻、富邻，突出体现亲、诚、惠、容的理念。发展同周边国家睦邻友好关系是我国周边外交的一贯方针。“青年亚洲”主题旅游摄影艺术交流活动以“图片和视频”为媒介，以“共同展示、交流、学习和联合创作”为内容，打造了一个亚洲青年摄影艺术平台，以诚恳包容的眼光看待亚洲的丰富多彩，使亚洲青年之间更友善、更亲近、更认同、更支持，共同开拓眼界，感受祖国魅力。

亚太旅游协会（PATA）首席执行官丽兹·奥蒂葛拉在2022亚洲山地旅游推广大会上表达了对亚太旅游业的发展趋势看法。2019年亚太地区的国际游客超过7.3亿人次。根据39个亚太目的地提供的最近国际游客抵达数据（IVA），截止2022年5月6日，亚太地区的IVA将达到2019年的25-48%，与2021年的16-18%相比，有着很大的进步。丽兹·奥蒂葛拉预测亚太地区旅游业2023年整体复苏，到2024年将恢复到2019年的水平。活动以摄影等新颖的表达形式推动亚洲青年加深交流与合作，持续推动对亚洲景色、风情、文化的广泛传播，向世界展示亚洲人文风情，共同激发亚洲文化艺术事业繁荣发展的新活力。

Liz Ortiguera, CEO of the Asia Pacific Tourism Association (PATA), expressed her views on the development trends of the Asia Pacific tourism industry at the 2022 Asia Mountain Tourism Promotion Conference. In 2019, the number of international tourists in the Asia Pacific region exceeded 730 million. According to the latest international tourist arrival data (IVA) provided by 39 Asia Pacific destinations, as of May 6, 2022, the IVA in the Asia Pacific region will reach 25-48% in 2019, a significant improvement compared to 16-18% in 2021. Liz Ortiguera predicts that the overall tourism industry in the Asia Pacific region will recover in 2023 and will return to 2019 levels by 2024. The event uses innovative forms of expression such as photography to promote deeper exchanges and cooperation among Asian youth, continuously promote the widespread dissemination of Asian scenery, customs, and culture, showcase Asian cultural customs to the world, and jointly stimulate new vitality for the prosperity and development of Asian cultural and artistic undertakings.

继中国提出“一带一路”倡议给世界带来了一条新时代的文明之路后，2019年5月，以“亚洲文明交流互鉴与命运共同体”为主题的亚洲文明对话大会在北京隆重开幕。亚洲各国以及域外国家共襄文明盛举、共促亚洲文明进步，让全世界看到一个繁荣发展的亚洲，成为推动亚洲文明交流互鉴与构建人类命运共同体的重要契机。活动重在增加亚洲青年文化艺术交流和旅游交往的机会，以旅游为媒介提高亚洲青年对亚洲文化艺术的参与能力，提升了各国亚洲青年文化艺术交流互鉴能力，增进了各国亚洲青年之间的了解和友谊。
